Digital accessibility

The Venture Bell website has been designed and tested in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG2.1) at Level AA.

Office Accessibility – Our branch designs comply with building regulations, BS standards, recommendations under the Equality Act 2010, and are ergonomically considered and validated by third party specialists.

Office Accessibility

Accessible Services – Investment Accounts Accessibility services available with your investment accounts include the following:

Braille, audio and large print: You can receive your investment account and tax statements in Braille, audio and large-print formats.

Raised-line and large-print checks: Large-print checks that can be oriented by touch can be ordered for your non-retirement investment accounts that offer checking. The checks are available at no additional cost above the standard check order fee for your account.

Reader services: You can have important investment account statements read to you through our call center or by contacting your local representative. Because location hours vary, we suggest that you schedule an appointment if you’re requesting reader services with an employee.

Telecommunications relay service: We accept calls made through relay services via telephone at all of our locations and call centers.

Interpreter services: We provide sign language interpreters on video for all of our clients free of charge. If you wish to utilize a sign language interpreter, please contact your Customer Support or your local representative so that an appointment with an interpreter may be scheduled.
