Opened an Account? When Can You Start Trading?

Congratulations on registering! You are probably wanting to initiate your first investment already. Just a while longer – please be patient as we do our required due diligence and regulatory requirements to ensure you have a hassle free experience. The entire procedure can take a couple of hours. Due to high volume of new accounts, please give us up to 24 hours before contacting us asking about your Account Status. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

After you have signed up: We will do a basic background check to confirm you are not an Insider or from a restricted location e.g. North Korea, Zimbabwe, Venezuela – we don’t accept clients from there unfortunately and certain other locations as of 1 July 2024.

Following Background approval your final step will be to Verify your account. This is completed via email and telephone. Verification enables us to know your account is secured and nobody has stolen your identity. It also gives us a way to contact you in case of an emergency. Seldomly our Compliance may request additional information and/or documents to verify your account. You will be notified promptly via email with a clear explanation of what you need to provide. To avoid losing the email, please add Venture Bell to your ‘safe sender’ list in your email settings.

Once your account is verified you can immediately begin trading!
